Venison steaks in wine

2 smalls Venison steaks
1 tablespoon Butter
Dash of fennel
Garlic salt
Basil
White cooking wine

Directions

Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Put steaks in pan and add fennel, garlic salt and basil. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until done to your liking.
