Quantity | Ingredient | |
---|---|---|
4 | Egg whites | |
60 | grams | Roughly chopped walnuts |
2 | Heaped teaspoons cornflour | |
125 | grams | Finely chopped walnuts |
125 | grams | Brown sugar |
4 | Sheets rice paper |
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 150deg.C.
2. Whisk egg whites until stiff. Fold in the other ingredients except the rice paper.
3. Arrange the rice paper sheets on two baking trays and drop spoonsful of mixture onto sheets. Only allow a small amount of room between as the biscuits do not spread very much.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned and firm. Remove from oven and cool on wire racks. When cold, tear away the biscuits from the surrounding rice paper.
