Walnut coconut yogurt

1 | cup | Plain or vanilla yogurt, drained in a cloth Lined Sieve For 20- 30 Minutes |
¼ | cup | Walnuts, Chopped And Toasted |
¼ | cup | Sweetened flaked coconut |
1 | tablespoon | Maple syrup |
Directions
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, walnuts, coconut, and syrup, until combined. Refrigerate until ready to use, and bring to room temperature before topping pancakes. Yield: 1½ cups c.1996, M.S.
