Walnut coconut yogurt

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Plain or vanilla yogurt, drained in a cloth Lined Sieve For 20- 30 Minutes
¼ cup Walnuts, Chopped And Toasted
¼ cup Sweetened flaked coconut
1 tablespoon Maple syrup

Directions

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, walnuts, coconut, and syrup, until combined. Refrigerate until ready to use, and bring to room temperature before topping pancakes. Yield: 1½ cups c.1996, M.S.
