Watermelon and vodka granita

400 millilitres Sugar; (15fl oz)
400 millilitres Water; (15fl oz)
¾ Watermelon
tablespoon Vodka

Directions

Mix the sugar and water together to make a syrup, allow to cool down. Crush the watermelon in a food processor, and strain out the seeds. Mix the watermelon, syrup and vodka and freeze in a shallow tupperware box. Break up with a fork as soon as it sets, and every half hour after that.
