2 | cups | Sliced mushrooms |
8 | ounces | Linguine; cooked al dente and |
; kept warm | ||
1 | cup | Heavy cream |
Parmesan cheese | ||
Pepper |
Directions
In a skillet saute the sausage until cooked. In a separate pan melt the butter and saut the garlic, onion, oregano, basil, tarragon, parsley and mushrooms. Add the sausage and heat through. Toss in the linguine and add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Mix well.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
