Wheat free pie crust

1 pie crust

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup AM Barley Flour OR- other flour
¼ cup Oil; preferably cold
3 tablespoons Cold water

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Press into pie plate with fingers. Prick with fork. For precooked crust, bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
