1 cup Powdered sugar
2 Egg yolks
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Mix sugar, egg yolks and vanilla until smooth; fold into whipped cream. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours.
