White fruit salad

Ingredients

4 | Egg yolks | |
1 | cup | Milk |
1 | Envelope unflavored gelatin | |
¼ | cup | Fruit juice |
4½ | cup | Miniature marshmallows |
1 | can | (20-oz) crushed pineapple; drained |
1 | can | (17-oz) white cherries; drained and pitted |
½ | pounds | Chopped blanched almonds |
1½ | Lemons; juice of | |
1 | cup | Cream; whipped |
Directions
Beat egg yolks; add milk and scald in top of double boiler. Dissolve gelatin in fruit juice and add to milk and egg mixture. Cool and add remaining ingredients. Let sit in refrigerator for several hours. Yield: 10 servings.
