3 | Eggs | |
Grated rind of 1 lemon | ||
½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ | teaspoon | Ground cardamon |
½ | cup | Finely chopped citron (opt) |
1 | cup | Chopped pecans |
2¼ | cup | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Beat eggs thoroughly; add sugar gradually and continue beating.
Grind or pulverize cardamon seed; sift flour, baking powder and spices several times and add to mixture. Blend and drop from teaspoon into sugar; roll in sugar and place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325ø about 15 minutes.
