Wild mushroom and smoked mozzarella

1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
¼ cup Shallots -- minced
½ pounds Shiitake mushrooms -- slice

¼ pounds Cremini mushrooms -- slice
¼ pounds White mushrooms -- sliced
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley -- minced
½ teaspoon Garlic -- minced
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 12\" pizza crust
2 tablespoons Parmesan -- grated
6 ounces Smoked mozzarella -- slice

Directions

Preheat oven to 450~. Heat butter and oil. Add shallots; cook 2 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook until liquid is absorbed, 5 to 7 minutes. Add parsleyi, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread over crust.

Sprinkle with parmesan. Top with mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice: 265 Cal, 12 gr Fat.
