Wine barbecued chicken

Ingredients

pounds Boneless chicken parts
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
½ cup Dry white wine
1 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp minced onion flak
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Celery salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Dried thyme
¼ teaspoon Dried marjoram
¼ teaspoon Dried rosemary

Directions

Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate several hours. Preheat oven to 350.

Bake, uncovered, one hour, basting frequently.
