½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 | pack | Pea pods, frozen -- |
Defrosted 6 oz | ||
1 | pack | Japanese vegetables -- |
Frozen 16 oz | ||
(green beans, broccoli, mushrooms red pepper), defrosted | ||
1 | large | Tomatoes -- cut int wedges |
1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
½ | cup | Water |
¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
Cooked rice or chow mein | ||

Directions
In a wok or skillet, heat oil on high. Cook the meat with ginger and garlic powder until meat is no longer pink. Add pea pods, Japanese vegetables and tomato; cook until vegetables are heated through. Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce; pour over meat/vegetable mixture.
Cook and stir until sauce thickens. Serve immediately over rice or over chow mein noodles. Yield: 4 servings.
