Wok your pork

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Cooking oil
1 pounds Boneless pork top loin --
Thinly sliced
teaspoon Ground ginger
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 pack Pea pods, frozen --
Defrosted 6 oz
1 pack Japanese vegetables --
Frozen 16 oz
(green beans, broccoli, mushrooms red pepper), defrosted
1 large Tomatoes -- cut int wedges
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
½ cup Water
¼ cup Soy sauce
Cooked rice or chow mein
Noodles

Directions

In a wok or skillet, heat oil on high. Cook the meat with ginger and garlic powder until meat is no longer pink. Add pea pods, Japanese vegetables and tomato; cook until vegetables are heated through. Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce; pour over meat/vegetable mixture.

Cook and stir until sauce thickens. Serve immediately over rice or over chow mein noodles. Yield: 4 servings.
