World's largest pot of irish stew

Ingredients

50 pounds Carrots
17 pounds Onions
50 pounds Potatoes
1 pounds Garlic
33 pounds Celery
20 pounds Lamb
Spices
1 gallon Burgundy wine
Lots of water

Directions

Use an 80-gallon pot. Stew is stirred with a boat paddle. Slow cook for 5 to 7 hours. Serves approximately 500 people.

Serve with Irish soda bread, coleslaw, brownies and beverage for lunch.
