Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Whole Chicken; Cut In Pieces
2 mediums Onions; Diced
2 mediums Onions; Sliced Thin
4 teaspoons Mustard; Heaping
2 larges Lemons; Juiced
2 Garlic Cloves; Crushed
Salt And Pepper; To Taste
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube; Crushed
Plenty Of Cooked Rice

Directions

1. Fry chicken until crispy, then remove from skillet.

2. Combine separately and cook 10 minutes the remaining ingredients.

4. Add cooked chicken pieces, bouillon cube, water to make plenty of sauce and salt and pepper.

5. Simmer 1 to 2 hours. Serve over hot rice.
