Yogurt whole wheat bread

1 cup Nonfat Yogurt; Plain, (3/4 C)
½ cup Water; (1/4 C)
tablespoon Vegetable Oil; (1 T)
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup; (1 1/2 T)
cup Whole-Wheat Flour; (1 1/8 C)
cup Bread Flour; (1 2/3 C)
2 tablespoons Wheat Germ; (1 1/2 T)
1 teaspoon Salt; (1 T)
2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast; (1 1/2 T)

Directions

"Healthy Bread Recipes & menu planner" Salton/Maxim Housewares, Inc. (This book came with my Breadman machine.) This bread is not quite as sweet as the typical whole wheat bread with honey. You can definitely taste the yogurt and the maple syrup. It has a nice flavor and is one of my favorites.
