Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs (10.5 oz.) of lowfat silken Tofu
½ cup Plain nonfat yogurt or nonfat sour cream
2 packs Dry salad dressing mix ( I used no fat ranch)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 dash Pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions
