Ziti baked with ricotta cheese

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ziti pasta
12 ounces Ricotta cheese
2 Eggs -- beaten
¾ cup Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Parsley
3 cups Marinara sauce
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese -- cubed

Directions

Preheat to 350. Cook pasta to package. Drain and rinse under cold water drain again. In a medium bowl,combine ricotta,eggs,1/2c of the parmesan,salt,pepper and parsley. Mix to blend well. Toss ziti with 2 cups of marina sauce.Place half the pasta in a baking dish. top with ricotta mixture and half mozz. top with rest pasta,sauce, mozz and parmesan. Bake 30 -35 minutes.
