Zucchini and hominy

3 Zucchini; Md., *
2 cups Tomatoes; Chopped, 2 Md
20 ounces Hominy; Drained, 1 cn
2 tablespoons Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Chile Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper

Directions

* Cut the zucchini into ½-inch pieces.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
