Zucchini in blue cheese sauce

1 | large | Onion; chopped |
1 | kilograms | Zucchini; sliced |
⅛ | litre | Water |
4 | tablespoons | Creme fraiche |
150 | grams | Blue cheese; crumbled |
Salt; white pepper |
Directions
Fry onions, add zucchini, season with salt and pepper, add water. Simmer for about 8 minutes, then add creme fraiche and blue cheese and wait until the cheese had melted. If the sauce gets too fluid, thicken with some flour.
