Zucchini in blue cheese sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large Onion; chopped
1 kilograms Zucchini; sliced
litre Water
4 tablespoons Creme fraiche
150 grams Blue cheese; crumbled
Salt; white pepper

Directions

Fry onions, add zucchini, season with salt and pepper, add water. Simmer for about 8 minutes, then add creme fraiche and blue cheese and wait until the cheese had melted. If the sauce gets too fluid, thicken with some flour.
