Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pint Fresh oysters, well drained
2 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Cracker crumbs
½ cup Milk
cup Melted butter or margarine
½ teaspoon Salt
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn Parsley sprigs

Directions

Combine all ingredients; pour into a greased 1-quart baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or until mixture sets. Oysters will be tough if they are cooked too long. Garnish with parsley sprigs. Submitted By BARRY WEINSTEIN On 03-25-95
