Quantity Ingredient
4 tablespoons Rice vinegar
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 ounce Cucumber; finely chopped
2 smalls Shallots; finely chopped
1 small Carrot; finely chopped
1 small Red or green chili finely chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well until thoroughly mixed and serve.
