Apple raisin salad

1 | cup | Raisins |
¾ | cup | Walnuts, chopped |
¼ | cup | Skim milk |
¼ | cup | Cottage cheese, low fat |
½ | teaspoon | Horseradish sauce |
1½ | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | pack | Equal sweetner |
1 | each | Head Boston Lettuce |
Separated into leaves |
Directions
Place apples, raisins, and walnuts in a large bowl Place remaining ingredients except lettuce in blender or food processor mixing till smooth. Pour blended ingredients over apple mixture. Toss to coat.
Arrange lettuce leaves in 6 bowls and spoon apple mixture into center of bowls.
