Apple raisin salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 mediums Red Delicious Apples, cubed
1 cup Raisins
¾ cup Walnuts, chopped
¼ cup Skim milk
¼ cup Cottage cheese, low fat
½ teaspoon Horseradish sauce
tablespoon Lemon juice
teaspoon Pepper
1 pack Equal sweetner
1 each Head Boston Lettuce
Separated into leaves

Directions

Place apples, raisins, and walnuts in a large bowl Place remaining ingredients except lettuce in blender or food processor mixing till smooth. Pour blended ingredients over apple mixture. Toss to coat.

Arrange lettuce leaves in 6 bowls and spoon apple mixture into center of bowls.
