Asian pesto pasta

Ingredients

2 | tablespoons | Reduced-sodium soy sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Fish sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Grated fresh ginger |
1 | Jalapeno; seeded and chopped | |
¼ | cup | Finely chopped fresh basil |
¼ | cup | Finely chopped fresh cilantro |
¼ | cup | Finely chopped fresh mint |
12 | ounces | Linguine; cooked without salt or fat |
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients; pour over linguine and toss gently.
Serve immediately.
Per serving: 234 calories (4% from fat), 0.9 g fat (⅒ g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 272 mg sodium, 46.7 g carbohydrate, 1½ g fiber and 8 g protein.
