Baked rice custard

Ingredients

3 Eggs,well beaten
cup Skim milk
2 tablespoons Liquid sucaryl
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Vanilla
¾ cup Cooked rice
3 tablespoons Raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees,Blend together the eggs,skim milk,sucaryl,salt and vanilla.Stir in cooked rice and raisins.Pour into a 4 cup casserole.Place casserole in a pan of hot water.Bake,uncovered,60 minutes stirring after one half hour of baking.Serve hot.
