Banana-date breakfast shake

1 Banana
2 Dates; pits removed, up to 3
1 cup 1% Milk; (up to 1-1/2)

Directions

Put banana and dates in blender. Add a small amount of milk and blend for 1 minute. Add remainder of milk and blend for 1 more minute. Drink up! This liquid breakfast is healthy and delicious.
