¾ cup Yogurt, low-fat, plain and
¼ cup Milk, low-fat
1 cup Fruit, fresh, cut up, (e.g. banana, pineapple, mango-the riper the better)
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla
3 Ice cubes, or
cup Ice, crushed

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well combined and frothy.
