Bananas foster #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Butter
1 large Ripe banana; peeled and sliced lengthwise
2 tablespoons Banana liqueur
2 ounces White rum
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

Saut‚ bananas in sugar and butter until tender. Sprinkle liqueurs and rum over the bananas; set aflame, basting the bananas until the flame dies out.

Spoon over vanilla ice cream. Serves 2.
