Ingredients

2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
4 tablespoons Dark brown sugar
6 Bananas
1 pinch Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Banana liqueur
¼ cup Cognac
Vanilla ice cream

Directions

Combine butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until carmelized. Cut bananas in quarters, split. Place bananas in saucepan; cook until tender. Add cinnamon and liqueur. Blend well.

Heat cognac and pour over bananas. Do not stir. Ignite. Have ice cream in serving dishes. Spoon flaming bananas over top.
