Beef noodles

Ingredients

1 pounds Ground beef, lean
½ cup Chopped onion
2 cans Italian tomatoes -- 14 1/2
ounce Each
Stewed
2 cans Beef broth -- 10 1/2 oz
Each
1 can Mixed vegetables -- 16 oz
Drained
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Noodles -- uncooked
medium Egg

Directions

In a dutch oven or soup kettle, brown beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, broth, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil; add noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 10-15 min. or until the noodles done. Yield: 6-8 servings. (2 quarts) Recipe By : Taste Of Home
