Beef satay marinade

Ingredients

1 | Lemon, juice of | |
2 | Garlic cloves, crushed | |
1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar |
⅓ | cup | Soy |
2 | teaspoons | Peanut oil |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Red pepper flakes or vietnamese red chile sauce |
¼ | cup | Coconut milk |
1 | teaspoon | Sesame oil |
1 | tablespoon | Fish sauce |
Directions
Marinate thinly sliced meat (like flank) for several hours. Put on skewers and grill over hot coals until browned. Goes well with hot mustard, peanut sauce or nuoc cham (that's cham--not mam).
