Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Shoestring Beets;
cup Liquid beet juice;and water
¼ cup Sugar;(scant) =OR=- sugar sub to equial 1/4 cup sugar
cup Cider Vinegar;
1 pack Lemon Jello;(3 Oz.) (sugar free)

Directions

Drain beets and save juice. Add water to juice to make 1½ cups liquid.

Put liquid in saucepan with sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Pour over Lemon Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add beets and mold.
