Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Soy sauce (or tamari sauce)
¼ cup Rice wine vinegar
¼ cup Chopped onion
1 small Piece fresh ginger root or
teaspoon Ground ginger

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender container and process until smooth.

Makes 6 servings, about 2-½ Tb. each. 18 calories per serving.
