Bermuda banana bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Butter or margarine
1 cup Brown sugar
2 xes Eggs
1 cup Mashed bananas
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Chopped walnuts

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Gradually add eggs, then bananas and vanilla.

Fold in dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Add nuts.

Bake in buttered loaf pan, at 350 degrees, for 1¼ hours or until loaf tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then turn out to cool completely.
