bunch Spinach leaves
bunch Lettuce leaves
bunch Red Butter Lettuce leaves
9 ounces Thin sliced moist Biltong
2 eaches Quartered Hard Boiled Eggs
2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley
½ cup Bean Sprouts
1 1/16 cup Croutons

Directions

Toss leaves together lightly. Add remaining ingredients except croutons. Add dressing of choice. sprinkle croutons on top.
