Bing cherry delight salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (17-oz) pitted Bing cherries; drained
1 can (20-oz) crushed pineapple; drained
3 packs (3-oz) cherry-flavored gelatin
cup Boiling water
cup Boiling pineapple juice
cup Boiling cherry juice
cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ Envelope unflavored gelatin
cup Ice water

Directions

Drain cherries and pineapple. Dissolve fruit-flavored gelatin in boiling water and juices. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in ice water and add to boiling mixture. Stir to dissolve. Let chill to consistency of unbeaten egg white. Add cherries and pineapple just before it congeals. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
