Peach salad delight

Ingredients

1 | pack | (6-oz) peach Jello |
1 | can | (16-oz) sliced peaches |
1 | pack | (6-oz) miniature marshmallows |
1 | carton | (5 to 6-oz) Cool Whip |
Directions
In a large bowl, make Jello according to package directions, using juice drained from canned peaches as part of the cold water in Jello directions.
Let Jello set until "shakey"; then fold in the peaches, marshmallows and Cool Whip. (If you would like Jello chips, allow Jello to firm prior to folding in ingredients.) When mixed pour into molds to gel.
For Salad -- place on lettuce leaf.
For dessert -- Top with a dab of Cool Whip, topped with small bits of candied green rind for color.
Best to make night before serving, will keep several days in refrigerator.
