Blanche's barbecue sauce

3 cups Onions, brown in 1 c. fat
3 cups Vinegar
1 quart Celery (4 c.)
1 pounds Brown sugar
1 Juice of 6 lemons
1 each Gallon ketchup
2 eaches Bottles worcestershire sauce
¾ cup Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Preparation : Mix and simmer until desired thickness.
