Blueberry-pineapple salad

1 | large | Black cherry gelatin |
1 | can | Crushed pineapple; drain and reserve juice |
15 | ounces | Blueberries |
Topping | ||
8 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
1 | teaspoon | Milk |
¼ | cup | Sugar |
1 | cup | Sour cream |
Directions
Drain liquid from fruit and add water or fruit juice to make 3 cups. Make gelatin with the 3 cups heated liquid. Chill. When it starts to set, add fruit. Mix ingredients for topping and spread on set salad. Serves 8-10 Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V3 #190 Date: 07/03/96
