Blueberry-pineapple salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large Black cherry gelatin
1 can Crushed pineapple; drain and reserve juice
15 ounces Blueberries
Topping
8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
1 teaspoon Milk
¼ cup Sugar
1 cup Sour cream

Directions

Drain liquid from fruit and add water or fruit juice to make 3 cups. Make gelatin with the 3 cups heated liquid. Chill. When it starts to set, add fruit. Mix ingredients for topping and spread on set salad. Serves 8-10 Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V3 #190 Date: 07/03/96
