Bob's kitchen sink potatoes

3 | tablespoons | Oil |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
4 | mediums | Potatoes, Peeled -- diced in 3/8\" cubes |
2 | Garlic Cloves -- minced | |
¼ | cup | Beef Broth |
½ | teaspoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
½ | cup | Onion -- chopped |
½ | cup | Green Bell Pepper -- chopped |
½ | cup | Pimientos -- chopped & drained |
¼ | cup | Celery -- chopped |
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat until hot. Add the potatoes, garlic, and salt and saute for 3 to 4 mins, turning frequently. 2. Combine the broth with the Worcestershire sauce, and pour over the potatoes. Bring to a boil. Add the vegetables, stir to blend, cover, and steam for another 5 to 6 mins. 3. When broth is absorbed and vegetables are crisp-tender, serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
