Bob's barbecue potato salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 gallons Potatoes
16 Hard-Cooked Eggs -- sliced
2 cups Onion -- finely chopped
1 quart Sweet Relish -- with juice
2 quarts Salad Dressing
1 cup Mustard
Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions

Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and slice while hot. Add eggs, onion, relish, salad dressing and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.

Allow salad to season in the refrigerator. If the salad is to stiff, boil 2 cups of water and immediately pour over the misture, stirring in quickly.
