Bob's barbecue potato salad

5 | gallons | Potatoes |
16 | Hard-Cooked Eggs -- sliced | |
2 | cups | Onion -- finely chopped |
1 | quart | Sweet Relish -- with juice |
2 | quarts | Salad Dressing |
1 | cup | Mustard |
Salt And Pepper -- to taste |
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and slice while hot. Add eggs, onion, relish, salad dressing and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Allow salad to season in the refrigerator. If the salad is to stiff, boil 2 cups of water and immediately pour over the misture, stirring in quickly.
