Bobby's mama's kal bi ribs (korean bbq ribs)

Ingredients

4 | pounds | Short ribs (up to 5) |
½ | cup | Shoyu; (soy sauce) |
2 | tablespoons | Honey |
2 | tablespoons | Toasted sesame seeds (up to 3) |
⅛ | teaspoon | Dried red pepper |
3 | Cloves garlic; minced (up to 4) | |
½ | cup | Green onions; chopped |
1 | Piece fresh ginger root; grated, 1\"x1/2\" | |
1 | tablespoon | Sesame oil (up to 2) |
1 | dash | Pepper |
Directions
Kal Bi Ribs Combine all ingredients except ribs. Mix well. Add ribs and marinate for several hours (overnight is best). Turn a few times. Broil on hibachi until well browned (3 or 4 minutes on each side). Enjoy! Me ke aloha, Mary Spero
