Kolbi - korean style ribs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Thin sliced short ribs
1 cup Soy sauce
6 Cloves garlic -- crushed
¼ Inch piece ginger root --
Crushed
1 Round
3 teaspoons Sugar
¼ cup Sesame oil
Onion -- sliced

Directions

Mix ingredients in large bowl and let stand overnight. Grill over medium heat until meat is cooked (approximately 15 to 20 minutes). Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
