Bread for stuffing

Ingredients

1 cup Water
1 large Egg
3 tablespoons Butter/margarine/oil
½ cup Diced onion
3 teaspoons Brown/white sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Black pepper - coarse
teaspoon Dry sage, (10 1/4 oz.)
teaspoon Celery seeds
teaspoon Poultry seasoning
cup Bread flour*
teaspoon Yeast

Directions

*Can substitute 2½ c bread flour and ⅔ c Cornmeal.

Load machine in order given. Use regular bread cycle.
