Broccoli and rice casserole #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Rice
½ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Chopped celery
½ Stick butter or margarine
2 packs Frozen chopped broccoli
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Water chestnuts; thinly sliced

Directions

Boil rice until tender. Barely boil broccoli and drain. Saut‚ onions and celery in margarine or butter. Combine all ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves about 10.
