Broccoli onion rice casserole

2 | cups | Fresh broccoli, cooked |
1 | cup | Rice, cooked |
1 | large | Sweet onion, chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
1 | can | Milk |
¼ | pounds | Velveeta cheese |
Directions
Saute onions in butter. Add soup, milk, broccoli, and cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Mix with rice. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Source: Rock Springs Sweet Onion Festival Cook Book 1992
