Broccoli cheese puff

Ingredients

4 | slices | White or WW bread |
4 | ounces | Grated cheddar cheese |
10 | ounces | Pkg. chopped broccoli |
Cooked half way and drained | ||
4 | Eggs | |
2 | cups | Skim milk |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | teaspoon | Minced onion flakes |
½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
Directions
Place two slices of the bread in a 4X8 nonstick loaf pan. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Spread the broccoli over the cheese. Top with the remaining cheese, then the remaining bread. Place remaining ingredients in the blender and blend until sommoth. Pour evenly over the bread. Chill one hour. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown.
