Broccoli with mustard dressing

6 cups Broccoli, cut into flowerets
1 tablespoon Oil, olive
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Vinegar, balsamic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions

cut broccoli into flowerettes, peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces.

Steam for 6-7 minutes until just tender crisp. meanwhile, in serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is cooked, drain and toss into dressing.
