Stir-fry broccoli with orange peppers and mustard dressing

½ tablespoon Olive oil
750 grams Broccoli florets
1 large Orange pepper; seeded and thinly
; sliced
Two oranges; juice of
1 tablespoon Grainy mustard
Black pepper

Directions

Heat the oil with the juice of one orange and stir fry the pepper for one minute. Add the broccoli florets and the remaining orange juice. Toss over the heat, cover and cook for a further 3 minutes. Remove the lid and stir in the mustard adding a little extra orange juice if the pan looks dry.

Season well with black pepper and serve at once.
