Broiled salmon with fines herb sauce

1 | teaspoon | Rosemary leaves |
1½ | pounds | Salmon fillets |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | pinch | White pepper |
⅓ | cup | Oil, olive |
¼ | cup | Oil, olive |
Directions
SAUCE
SALMON
Roast red peppers and let cool. Make fines herb sauce by blending red pepper, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a food processor or blender for about 30 seconds. Do not puree. Blend only long enough to incorporate ingredients. Heat sauce until just warm.
Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and broil until flesh is firm and pink (about 10 minutes).
Serve on warm platter with warmed fines herb sauce.
