Broiled sole with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Sole fillets
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
1 Minced green onion
1 tablespoon White wine

Directions

Place fillets on lightly greased broiler pan. Dot with 1 tablespoon margarine or bautter. Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes per inch of fish. Heat remaining margarine or butter in small skillet.

Saute mushrooms and onions. Add wine and heat. Pour over broiled fish when serving.
